Oshakati Country Lodge in Namibia has successfully upgraded its operational framework by implementing Hotelogix’s cloud-based Hospitality Management System, as announced by Hotelogix from Singapore. Simultaneously, the sister property, Burning Shore Hotel, has also transitioned to the Hotel Property Management System (Hotel PMS). This migration from a traditional on-premises solution aims to enhance operational efficiency through Hotelogix’s advanced technology.

Both properties are overseen by United African Hospitality (Pty) Ltd, a leading privately owned enterprise in Namibia with diverse interests, including hospitality and gaming. Quintin Byloo, the Cluster General Manager, emphasized the need for a solution that would integrate operations, providing real-time control across properties.
