He acknowledged the productive partnership over the past fifty years, using the joint venture Movitel, between Vietnam’s Viettel Group and Mozambique’s SPI, as a prime example of successful bilateral collaboration.

Moreover, Ambassador Thìn conveyed the greetings and best wishes from Vietnam’s Party General Secretary Tô Lâm and State President Lương Cường to President Chapo on his recent election as Chairman of the Mozambique Liberation Front (Frelimo) and inauguration as President. She also extended an invitation from Vietnamese leaders for President Chapo to visit Vietnam in the near future.
