Key issues such as the plight of seven Nepali nationals captured by Ukrainian forces and Nepal’s initiatives to address climate change were emphasized.
Dr. Rana received assurances from Minister Sybiha concerning the legal processes for the release of Nepali citizens and sought support for Nepal’s candidacy for the UN Human Rights Council. Furthermore, a visa-free agreement for diplomatic passport holders was signed, marking a step towards strengthening Nepal-Ukraine relations and enhancing diplomatic collaboration with Moldova.
