Nissan Magnite Launches in the Middle East with Saudi Arabia Debut

Nissan has introduced the left-hand-drive Magnite in Saudi Arabia with prices starting at SAR 66,699. Designed for diverse markets, it features advanced technology, a turbocharged engine, and enhanced safety features. This strategic debut aligns with Nissan’s global vision and sets the stage for broader availability across over 65 markets by April 2025.

Nissan has made its debut of the new left-hand-drive Magnite in the Middle East, commencing with its launch in Saudi Arabia, where the pricing begins at SAR 66,699. This introduction follows the vehicle’s unveiling in Delhi, India, in October 2024, marking it as the first region to receive this model. The launch event took place in Riyadh, highlighting Nissan’s global vision of ‘One Car, One World.’

The Magnite is designed to cater to the diverse preferences of customers across different markets with its dynamic design, state-of-the-art features, and robust performance. Among its stylish exterior elements are an imposing grille, high ground clearance, and diamond-cut alloy wheels, complemented by two-tone color options. The interior showcases a sleek cabin with luxurious leather treatment, featuring modern technology such as a fully digital instrument cluster and touchscreen offering wireless connectivity for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

In terms of performance, the Magnite is equipped with a turbocharged 1.0-litre engine that produces 100 PS of power and 152Nm of torque. Safety features further enhance the driving experience, including an Around-View Monitor, anti-lock braking system, auto headlamps, and side curtain airbags. Its spacious interior accommodates five passengers comfortably, combining practicality with a striking visual presence, aimed at drivers seeking versatility.

Thierry Sabbagh, divisional vice president & president for Nissan & Infiniti in the Middle East, expressed excitement over the launch, noting, “… we’re certain our customers will be too.” Meanwhile, Adib Takieddine, managing director of Nissan Saudi Arabia, emphasized the Magnite’s ambition to provide innovative and practical transportation, stating it redefines the compact SUV segment with its tech-to-value ratio.

Produced at the Alliance Plant in Chennai, the Magnite has seen over 150,000 units sold since its launch in December 2020. With its debut in Saudi Arabia, the new Magnite is set for availability across more than 65 markets by April 2025 through Nissan’s partners in the Middle East, reinforcing its broad market coverage.
