In partnership with EYouth and backed by Google.org, SPARK has inaugurated the Maharat for Tourism E-Learning Hub in Egypt. This platform aims to equip tourism professionals with essential digital skills, business management, and customer service training, all provided at no cost. The launch event, hosted at Cairo’s Triumph Plaza Hotel, drew over 100 attendees, including business leaders, digital learning experts, and officials from Egypt’s Ministry of Tourism. Dina Almasaeid, SPARK’s Regional Programme Director, expressed pride in the launch, stating that the hub will enable thousands to acquire vital skills for success in the tourism industry.
