During a meeting with the Economic Counsellor of the Chinese Embassy, Mr. Jin Jun, Mr. Tayali acknowledged the advancements made by both the Tanzanian and Zambian governments in this initiative.

Counsellor Jin Jun expressed the Chinese government’s eagerness to receive input regarding the 16th protocol on technical cooperation. He noted that the agreements are subject to renegotiation and conveyed satisfaction with previous feedback from the government of Tanzania, received last year.
