Marla Johnson, UA Little Rock’s tech-entrepreneur-in-residence, remarked, “Argentina is quickly becoming a leader in AI innovation, with companies like Celera and Possumus driving the future of AI-powered business transformation.” She noted that these companies are transforming operations and redefining income opportunities through AI solutions.
The program, taking place in the Schueck, Lexicon, McCarty Auditorium, will feature expert presentations from Celera and Possumus, followed by a networking reception at the Windgate Center of Art + Design. The event commences at 1:30 p.m. with a keynote address by Zubair Talib, who will discuss the trajectory of AI leading into 2025.
Dr. Brian Berry, vice provost of research and dean of the Graduate School at UA Little Rock, expressed enthusiasm for the event, stating, “Artificial intelligence is rapidly transforming industries across the globe, and we are excited to bring international experts to campus to share their knowledge with our students, faculty, and business community.”
