During this meeting, he was joined by representatives from the U.S. Marine Corps and U.S. Coast Guard to discuss collaborative efforts with the Ecuadorian representatives, including Rear Admiral Luis Eduardo Piedra, the General Inspector of the Ecuadorian Navy.
