Currently, the list of non-compliant WADA signatories includes Cameroon, Russia, the International Federation of Basque Pelota, and the International Fitness and Bodybuilding Federation. Organizations and nations found in violation of compliance may face significant repercussions, such as being barred from hosting major sporting events and from displaying their national flags at these gatherings.
